Fort Bend Herald, August 15, 2015: Alice E. (Srnensky) Frisch passed away on August 13, 2015 in The Woodlands, Texas. She was born in 1931 to Emilie and Adolf Srnensky, Sr. Through her membership at Peace Lutheran Church, Alice was involved with the Ladies Circle and with the Senior Group at the church. She retired after many years as an LVN and even kept up her certification after retirement. Alice enjoyed taking trips to places such as Branson and Louisiana to name a few. Alice also enjoyed doing water aerobics at the local Y.M.C.A. She was an inspiration to her family and friends, having completed a half marathon at the age of 73. This loving mother, aunt and friend will be missed. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Julius Frisch; and her brothers, Adolf Srnensky, Jr. and Rubin Srnensky. Survivors include her daughters, Joyce Frisch, Linda Robertson and husband, Tom; step-granddaughter, Samantha Robertson; along with numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Alice loved flowers, but for those wishing, memorials may be made in her name to the American Stroke Association or to Peace Lutheran Church. The service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 18, 2015, in the Chapel of Davis-Greenlawn Funeral Home in Rosenberg, with burial following at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Rosenberg. Visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. until service time at 2:00 p.m. Tributes and words of condolence may be left for the family at www.davisgreenlawnfh.com.
