from death certificate- father: Henry Neidig, born in Germany mother: Alvina Steurt [Sterdt], born in Germany usual occupation: farmer cause of death: gunshot wound informant: Richard Neidig The 1910 census recorded Albert Neidig, 28, living in rural Travis County, Texas, with wife Annie, 24, sons Richard, 2, and Robert, 9 months, and brother Herman, 22. On his WW I draft registration card he was described as tall and slender with grey eyes and black hair. The 1920 census recorded Albert Neidig, 37, living in rural Travis County, Texas, with wife Annie, 32, and children: son Richard, 12; Robert, 10; and Elnora, 8. Albert was a farmer. The 1930 census recorded Alert Neidig, 48, living in rural Travis County, Texas, with son Robert, 20, and daughter Ellanaro, 17. Albert was a cotton farmer.
