The Whitewright Sun, Whitewright, Texas, Thursday, July 15, 1982, Page 6 M. Dockery Services for Mrs. Marcell Dockery, 71, of Trenton were held Friday afternoon at the First Methodist church in Trenton with the Rev. Joe Ed Goolsby of Whitesboro and the Rev. Jerry Woods of Trenton officiating. Burial was in Burns cemetery directed by Earnheart Funeral home. Mrs. Dockery died Tuesday, July 6, at Fannin County hospital in Bonham. Mrs. Dockery was born in Trenton, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. M. Petty. She married Edward (Dick) Dockery Oct. 31, 1933, in Durant, Okla. She was a member of the First Methodist church of Trenton. Survivors include her husband, one daughter, Mrs. Eugena London of Trenton; two brothers, Jack Petty of Trenton and Bill Petty of Hawkins; two sisters, Mrs. Mamie Hogue of Trenton and Mrs. Mabel Adams of Sherman, two grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
