COMSTOCK — Alan Drake, 72, of Comstock, died Thursday, Aug. 6, 2015. northeast of Comstock as a result of a tractor accident. Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday in the Lee Park Cemetery west of Arcadia, with Pastor Scott Hausrath officiating. Burial will be in the Lee Park Cemetery. Govier Brothers Mortuary in Broken Bow is in charge of the arrangements/ Mr. Drake was born July 19, 1943, in Loup County to Archie and Beulah (Dunbar) Drake. Alan was preceded in death by his wife, Zelda. He is survived by a two sons and daughters-in-law, Ken and Tracy Drake of Williston, N.D., and Kevin and Sheryl Drake of Comstock; his finance, Connie Harper of Comstock; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren; a sister and brother-in-law, Rosa and Don Edwards of Comstock; four brothers and sisters-in-law, Royal and Annie Drake of Texas, Robert and Tracy Drake of Comstock, William and Mary Jane Drake of Berwyn, and Daniel and Darla Drake of Ainsworth; a sister-in-law, Lynn Cusimano of Arcadia; a brother-in-law, Brad (Carolyn) Sell of Arcadia; special nephew, Brian and friend Andrea, and other nephews and nieces.
