Bio

NORMAN L. BASS, age 63 of New Market, MD, formerly of Olney at Carroll County Hospital, Westminster, MD Mr. Bass, a graduate of Wilson High School, Washington, attended classes at VMI as well as George Washington University (Washington, DC) and the University of Maryland, College Park. He had served in the US Air Force from 1955 to 1959. He retired from Riggs National Bank Watergate Branch, Washington, DC where he worked for 35 years. He was a vice president and manager at the branch. Services at Muriel H. Barber Funeral Home, Laytonsville. Interment in Parklawn Memorial Park. Predeceased by Father: Melton Bass Survived by Wife: Elizabeth Anne Bass Mother: Elizabeth Anne Nesmith Bass, FL 2 Children 2 Grandchildren Published The Frederick News Post Aug. 2000
