Emma Hawkins was born to Anna Parks and John W Carroll and her grave is direcly behind William, her husband without a marker. Emma married again in 1913 to a Sam Goodson and had 1 child (Noah Goodson) born July 1 and died August 9, 1915, Emma died of an enlarged heart problem. She is to be remembered for having a good family. Emma Carroll had a sister who married Logan Alexander and her name was Anna Mae Carroll, no one knows what happened to Anna Parks, her mother or John W Carroll, I suspect they went toward Knox Co TN after 1915. Emma was a member of the Baptist Church in Sale Creek. By Carl Goodson
