Patricia Kostiha Eixman, 51, of Westphalia, died Tuesday, July 28, 2015 in a Temple Hospital. Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday in the Church of the Visitation in Westphalia. Rev. Darrell Kostiha officiating. Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery. Mrs. Eixman was born June 1, 1964 in Rosebud to Albert and Gladys Hoelscher Kostiha. She graduated from Rogers High School and worked in the Home Health Field. She married Scott Eixman on August 6, 1988 and was a member of the Church of the Visitation. She is survived by her husband, Scott Eixman of Westphalia One son: Cody Stepan of Temple Three Brothers: Rev. Darrell Kostiha of College Station, Joe Kostiha of Westphalia and David Kostiha of Temple Five Sisters: Nancy Palmer of Belton, Laura Hidasy of Temple, Mary Mainard of Academy, Kathy Penn of Moffat, and Linda Smith of Academy Two Grandchildren: Cody Stepan Jr. and Peyton Stepan A Vigil Service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Friday at Cook-Gerngross-Green-Patterson Funeral Home in Rosebud.
