Edna Pauline Reimer Giles, 87, died on Thursday, July 23, 2015. Services will be in Houston followed by graveside services at 2:45 p.m., Tuesday, July 28, in Rosemound Cemetery in Waco, officiated by Shane Mayberry. Edna was born in Waco, Texas, to the late Robert Gus Sr. and Inez Vickers Reimer. She married John Franklin Giles on July 7, 1945. They celebrated their 70th anniversary July 7, 2015. She was preceded in death by a brother, Robert G. Reimer, Jr. Edna is survived by her husband, John; son, John Giles Jr. and wife, Heather; sisters, Christine Mayberry, and JoAnn Williams and husband, Harlan; nieces: Wendy Brown, Waynette Porter, Susan Lynch, and Vicki Reimer; nephews, Terry Williams and Gary Mayberry; and many more family members and friends.
