Leonard E. Ohnesorge Age 100, of Arthur, Illinois., Passed away July 13, at The Arthur Home in Arthur, Illinois-He was Born May 7, 1915, in Effingham County, Illinois, to the Late; John and Helena [ Hammer ] Ohnesorge- He Married ; Ernetta G. Behen, on September 26, 1939, in St. Louis, Missouri., They spent Seventy-Five Years Together- She Survives Him- Other Survivors include ; Daughter, Lynette Ball, of Illinois. Two Grandchildren; Brian Ball and Jodi Egan-and Three Great-Grandchildren- He was Preceded in Death by His Parents and Siblings; Edward, John, Bill, Wilbert, Emery, Elsie and Erna- He was A World War TWO, Army Veteran and a Fifty + Year Member of the American Legion-He was a Farm Hand, Milk Hauler for Peverly Dairy - A Welder for Progress Industries and Bursa Trenching- In later years he was a Driver for many of the local Amish of which He made wonderful Friends- Funeral Services at 1:00 P. M. Friday July 17, 2015 In Hilligoss Shrader Funeral Home With; Duane Kuhns Officiating- Burial in Arthur Cemetery-
