Dodd City Man Is Fatally Injured By Fall From Auto Near Bells This Morning Dan Wallace, aged about 40, well known resident of Dodd City, was fatally injured when he fell from an automobile near Bells about 7 o'clock this morning. Mr. Wallace was hurried to Allen Memorial Hospital in Bonham and expired at 9 o'clock. He partially regained consciousness at times and was able to converse with the nurses. He said all he remembered was that he attempted to get out of the automobile and fell on the highway. His head struck the pavement and death resulted from concussion. Mr. Wallace was enroute to Stamford, Texas, to visit his brother when the accident occurred. He had been a resident of the Dodd City community for several years and was a highly esteemed citizen. Besides his wife, he is survived by one sister, Mrs. Tom Fry of Dodd City; and one brother, Buck Wallace, whose home is at Stamford. His mother and other relatives
