Corpse Mistakenly Identified Is Held By Coroner The coroner's office is still attempting to locate relatives of Bowen Ellis Harwell, who died last Tuesday. Harwell, who was found dead on J Street between Second and Third Streets, had identification papers indicating he was Mark Palmer of Elk Grove. It was believed he had a brother in Oakdale. The brother had the body sent, but on viewing it said he did not know the man. A check of the city bureau of identification indicated the body was that of Benjamin Weaver. His mother was located in Texas but she wired the coroner's office her son's first name was Lester and the birth place and birth date do not match. The state bureau of identification checked the fingerprints and identified the body as that of Harwell. His wife, Rozena, is listed as residing in Fresno. The coroner's office, however, was notified she has moved and left no forwarding address. The Sacramento Bee Aug 27, 1951
