Lloyd Warren HALLETSVILLE, TEXAS — Mr. Lloyd Warren passed away June 14, 2002, at the age of 74. Mr. Warren was born in Dallas, Texas, July 3,1927. He was a member of 1st Baptist Church, Hallettsville, Texas. He was a veteran of WWII, serving in the Navy, a member of the VFW, and UTU-United Transportation Union. He was preceded in death by parents; one brother, Gordon Warren; and a grandson, Troy Warren. Survivors are his wife, Betty Lou Hornsby Warren of Hallettsville; daughters, the Rev. Karrie Oertli and husband, the Rev. Dennis Pendleton, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and Tami Gatto and husband, Steve, of Giddings, Texas; two sons, Ronny Warren and wife, Andrea, of Angleton, Texas, and Dale Warren and wife Reta of Dickinson, Texas; brother, Bill Warren and wife, Shirley, of La Marque, Texas; six grandchildren; and five great grandchildren. Visitation and services were Sunday at Kubena Funeral Home, with graveside was at 1 p.m. Monday at Rosemound Cemetery in Waco, Texas, the Rev. Karrie Oertli and the Rev. Dennis Pendleton, officiating. Pallbearers were Ron 'Scooter' Warren, Chuck Warren, Zack Scott, Josh Scott, David Warren, Marty Hornsby.
