Virginia Beach - Richard F. Naylor, 75, passed away June 29, 2015, in his home. Born in California, he was retired from the U.S. Navy after 32 years as a Senior Chief Petty Officer. A graveside service will be held at 12 p.m. Monday, July 6, 2015, at Albert G. Horton, Jr., Memorial Veterans Cemetery, Suffolk, VA. Arrangements are by Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Bayside Chapel.
