Fremont Tribune (NE) - Friday, January 26, 2001 WAHOO -- The funeral for William "Bill" Kliment, 96, of Wahoo will be 2 p.m. Saturday at First Presbyterian Church in Wahoo. He died Wednesday, Jan. 24, 2001, at Saunders County Community Hospital in Wahoo. Kliment was born Aug. 28, 1904, in Valparaiso. He worked part-time for Saunders County Agriculture Stabilization and Conservation Service. He farmed in the rural Weston area all his life and moved in fall of 1995 to Wahoo. He was a charter member, and an elder of the former Weston Presbyterian Church. He was a former member of Newman Township Board , Newman Township Election Board and District 113 School Board. Survivors include: several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by three sisters. The Rev. Burton Knudsen will officiate Saturday's service. Visitation will be until 7 tonight at Svoboda Funeral Home in Wahoo and will continue one hour prior to service time at the church. Burial will be in Weston Cemetery in Weston.
