Bio
Larry Gottula, 83, Bennet, passed away on April 28, 2015. He was born December 24, 1931 in Lincoln to Lawrence and Ellen (Pettigrew) Gottula. Larry was born and raised on the farm that he worked. After his retirement from farming he became a mechanic that many local farmers relied on to keep their equipment and farms running. Larry was a devoted and loving father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend. Survivors include: daughters and son-in-law, Diane and Mike Jackson and Carol Piper; grandchildren and spouses, Adeline and John Stotts, Valerie Gottula, Lorlei and Jonathon Saunders, Seth Jackson and Matthew Jackson; three great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Adeline; son, Michael; and his parents. Services on Saturday, May 2, 2015, at Wyuka Funeral Home. Interment at Wyuka Cemetery in Lincoln. Memorials to the Cheney United Methodist Church.
