VETERAN US ARMY Early Life: Jerry was born September 15, 1935, to Harry and Amanda Brown Wadley in Pleasant Grove, Utah. He grew up and remained in Pleasant Grove his entire life on the block of 300 North. Life's Work/Service/Interests: He joined the United States Army in 1955 and served for two years. Jerry met and ran away with Lillian Bardsley and they were married February 26, 1958. This marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple February 26, 1979. They were best friends and able to spend a happy 51 years together. They were blessed with three daughters and sons-in-law, Michelle and Todd Mallinson, Felecia and Dave Disbrow, Tatia and Kipp Wilkinson. He worked for Hercules Aerospace from 1960 until he retired in 1995 as a Draftsman. He held numerous church callings. He loved camping and the outdoors, he loved golfing, wood working and just tinkering. He loved dogs and enjoyed walking his beloved Yorkies, Rudy and Corkie. On June 9, 2015, great, funny, stubborn, loving father and grampa, Jerry Wadley, returned home to his Heavenly Father. Survived By: His children, eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren who loved gramps dearly. Preceded In Death By: His wife, Lil; his parents; his sister, Marcia; and many brothers-in-law; sisters-in law; a niece and a nephew.
