Bio

George Mosley Herndon of Walton County first enlisted 30 October 1861. He re-enlisted May 1862 and served in Co H, GA 42nd Infantry. George Mosley Herndon was mustered out 26 April 1865. Died October 1920 in the Old Soldiers Home in Atlanta. Marriages: (1) Malissa Jane Whatley and had 7 children; (2) Icie M. Henderson and had 1 child; (3) Isafina Conner (no known children).
