Contrary to what appears on the internet, Texas State Death Certificate #70756 indicates Oby Norman, son of William Henry Norman and Sarah Sisson Norman, had lived in Bowie, Texas for at least five years prior to his death and was buried in this cemetery 28 June 1979. Oby was first married to Edith Beulah Watson, second marriage to Rhuea Mae Brown Huckaby and third marriage was to Mary Ruth Corley Roberts. Wife Mary is given as the informant on his death certificate.
