Father: Joe Vitovsky Mother: Annie Jadlicke birth/death/parents info from death certificate Oct 28, 1953; Dallas Morning News Ennis, Texas – Mrs. John Hubacek, 79, died Tuesday in an Ennis hospital, where she had been a patient for eight weeks. She was born in what is now Czechoslovakia and had lived in Ennis 69 years. Mrs. Hubacek was a member of St. John Catholic Church and the St. John Rosary Society and was a charter member of the Ennis KJZT Lodge. Survivors include four sons, Joe and Frank Hubacek of Ennis, Charles Hubacek of Alvin, and Weldon Hubacek of San Antonio; five daughters, Mrs. Mack Smith, Mrs. Laden Houpy and Mrs. John M. Lang, all of Dallas; Mrs. Joe Trlica of Kemp and Mrs. James Koftak of Lancaster; 22 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at St. John’s Church Wednesday with the Rev. V. P. Micola officiating. Burial will be in the St. Joseph Cemetery in Ennis.
