Loy Tigert Loy Tigert, 71, of 6958 Abbey Court, a retired cab driver for the Yellow Cab of Dallas Inc., died here Sunday. Born in Mount Pleasant, Titus County, Tigert had lived in Dallas for 26 years. He retired in 1971. He was a member of the Old Union Baptist Church in Mount Pleasant. He is survived by his wife, Margaret; and one brother. Funeral services will held at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday in the Sparkman Hillcrest Funeral Chapel, 7405 W. Northwest Highway.
