Bio

Funeral services for Marcelle Romack, 79, of Brashear will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 24, at Tapp Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. David Burns officiating. Interment will follow at Greenview Cemetery. Visitation is one hour prior to service. Mrs. Romack died Thursday, May 22, 2014, at Carriage House Manor. She was born Sept. 8, 1934, in Hopkins County, the daughter of Johnnie E. and Ruby O. Patton McWilliams. She married Billy H. Vaughan on Dec. 7, 1954, in Brashear; he preceded her in death. She married Billy J. Romack on April 3, 1996; he also preceded her in death. Mrs. Romack was of the Baptist faith. Survivors include four siblings, Ruby Moseley, Johnny McWilliams and wife, Flora, Eldon McWilliams and Margie Hill and husband, Harold, all of Hopkins County; four children Kelly Romack, Kristi Eddings, Kerri Flick and Kimmi Dennison; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents. Memorials may be made to Texas Oncology of Paris.
