Daughter of Isaac Harvey Bullington and Dollie Mae (Leftwich) Bullington. Married James Joseph Ponzetti 11/Oct/1953 at San Francisco Co., CA. Jo Ann Bullington Ponzetti Jo Ann Bullington Ponzetti was born Aug. 14, 1933 in Dallas, Texas. She died May 26, 2004 in Salt Lake City after a long illness. She was born to Isaac Harvey and Dollie Mae Bullington. Jo grew up in the San Francisco Bay area, where she completed her education at the University of the Pacific. She was the loving wife of James J. Ponzetti of Meridian; adored mother of Kim (David) McAdams of Jamul, Calif.; James J Ponzetti, Jr. (Roseanne) of Longview Wash.; John Ponzetti of Los Osos, Calif.; and Nancy (Mike) Comstock of Redwood City, Calif.; and the joyous grandmother of nine. She is also survived by sister Lorraine Hurley.of Hayward, Calif. and brother Larry Soares of Lincoln City, Ore. Jo passed away en route from her winter home of Gilbert, Ariz., where she enjoyed baseball's spring training season. She lived in many homes in California, Oregon, Nebraska, lowa, and Arizona and decorated each home beautifully. Jo took great pride in her home and garden. She retired from the IRS Portland office in 1995 and then traveled extensively with her husband of 50 years. She will be sadly missed by many. A memorial service will be held at Holy Apostles Catholic Church at 6300 N.Meridian Rd. in Meridian on Friday, June 4 at 10:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers please send donations to the American Heart Association or to your favorite charity.
