Bio

Lester was born at Hamilton County, Nebraska in 1892, and married Eva Sarah Penner at Aurora, Nebraska in 1914. Mr. Deal operated a creamery at Bayard for many years prior to moving to Portland, Oregon in 1950. In Portland, Mr. and Mrs. Deal continued their personal evangelical work with nursing home residents and for many years held Sunday Church Services in their home.
