Carol Jean Jardel, 74, passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 25, 2015 in Yuma, AZ. She was born July 14, 1940 in Omaha, NE. Carol completed high school at Technical High School in Omaha, NE and she worked as a bookkeeper most of her life. She enjoyed family and friends, reading, and crocheting. She loved country music, square dancing, and traveling with her late husband, James. Carol will be truly missed by all who knew her. Carol is survived by her daughter, Tammy (Daniel) Riley of Beaufort, NC; son, Russell (Rebecca) White of Indio, CA; brother, James (Margeret) Townley of Omaha, NE; 7 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband, James G. Jardel; father, James C. Townley; mother, Naomi M. Townley; and sister, Marie J. Russell. Carol's final resting place will be in Olathe, Colorado.
