Bio

Son of George E. Harris, Sr. and Helen Rose (Hubacek) Harris Sacky. Rev. Msgr. Harris was Vicar General of the Diocese of Brownsville and pastor Our Lady Queen of the Universe and St. Joseph in San Benito, Texas, served the Catholic Church in the Rio Grande Valley for 36 years. He was ordained to the priesthood on May 29, 1965 by Bishop Adolph Marx. (Corpus Christi Caller-Times, Texas, February 12, 2002)
