Bio
Evelyn Butterfield was born March 1, 1926 at Revillo, SD to Mamie (Perry) and John J Ensz. She grew up at Dolton SD where she graduated from Dolton High School in 1943. On June 2, 1946 she was united in marriage to Raymond H. Butterfield at Dolton. After graduating from the Chicago Evangelistic Institute they served churches in Dorchester, NE, Bridgewater and Marion, SD, and Lincoln, NE before moving back to Marion in 1991. She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Mary Lou, and 2 brothers Darrell and Donald.
