Bio
Walter Merle Ellisor was born in Willis, Texas March 24, 1933 and passed away in Conroe, Texas April 10, 2015 at the age of 82. Merle loved his family, and was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He served his country in the US Army and was in Law Enforcement for over 40 years. Merle was preceded in death by his parents, Barnie and Vernel Capps Ellisor, daughter Linda Perry, and sister Francis Calfee. Merle is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Reba Mizell Ellisor of Cut-N-Shoot, Texas; children: Diane Sens of Sealy, Texas, Merlene Gayle of Hearne, Texas, Mike Ellisor of Cut-N-Shoot, Texas and Ginger Horn of Richmond, Texas; brother, Billy Ellisor and wife Carolyn of Cut-N-Shoot, Texas; 13 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren. Visitation will be at Cashner Funeral Home on Sunday, April 12, 2015 from 5-7pm. Funeral Service will be Monday, April 13, 2015 in the Cashner Colonial Chapel at 3:00pm with Bro. Paul Moorehouse ministering. Burial will follow in the New Bethlehem Cemetery. Pallbearers will be: Robert Perry, Dusty Perry, Ty Phillips, Clint Gayle, Tylers Sens, Hunter Bevill, Kenneth Morris and Mike Drews.
