Bio
Daughter of Edwin & Lois (Allen) Neemann. She graduated from Shelton High School, Shelton, Nebraska and went on to receive her Elementary Teaching Certificate in August, 1954. She taught school in Cairo, Nebraska for one year and then married Arnold Sealing on July 31, 1955. Eleanor and Arnold moved to Hawaii where Arnold was stationed during the Korean War. She later moved back to Hastings, Nebraska. On August 28, 1960 she married Larry Harrington. They lived in Kearney, Nebraska and Grinnell, Iowa before settling in Columbus in 1967. Eleanor was manager of Glad Rags, and Stevenson's, and worked at Larson-Florine Co. For 15 years, Eleanor worked at the Columbus Bank where she was the CB Advantage Club coordinator. She married Elmo Peck on December 31, 1981. In September 2001, Eleanor went to work for the Pinnacle Bank as the Pinn Club coordinator. She enjoyed traveling, reading, bowling, and spending time with her family. She was a member of the Methodist Church. Eleanor is survived by: Daughter - Nadine (Hugh) Rawls of Columbus, NE Daughter - Joey (Tim) Dickenson of Schuyler, NE Daughter - Julie Peterson of Nebraska City, NE Daughter - Janeen Leber of Columbus, NE 6 Grandchildren 3 Great Grandchildren Brother - Jerry (Karen) Neemann of North Loup, NE Brother - Lloyd (Judy) Neemann of AZ Step-father - Leo Shada of Kearney, NE Eleanor was preceded in death by: Father - Edwin Neemann Mother - Lois Neemann - Shada Husband - Elmo Peck Husband - Arnold Sealing Great Grandchild - Khira Higgins
