WICHITA FALLS, Texas -- Services for Marie Fraizer Harrison, 92, will be Thursday, May 25, 2006 in the Chapel of Hampton Vaughan Crestview in Wichita Falls, with Gil Peters officiating. Interment will follow at Crestview Memorial Park. Arrangements are under the direction of Hampton Vaughan Crestview. Marie was born on Nov. 30, 1913, in Terrell, Texas. She married Noble Sam Harrison in 1936 in Wichita Falls and lived most of her life in Wichita Falls, where she lovingly raised her three children. She was a hard worker, cooking and baking, working in the field, milking the cows, heating water in the old iron pot and washing clothes on a rub board. She never complained. Her children and grandchildren were her life. She was the strongest, most loving, giving person we will ever know, and she will forever be greatly missed. Her last words were, "I'm ready to go home and see Jesus." She was preceded in death by her parents, Jewell and Maude Hackney Fraizer; her husband, Noble Sam Harrison; a grandson, James Noble Clark; three sisters, Mary Cavasar, Martha Shipley and Lucille Johnson; and two brothers, Buck Fraizer and Colbert Fraizer. Survivors include one son, Samie Harrison, Holliday, Texas; two daughters, Janette Gaddy and Anette Clinton and husband, Jerry, all of Ardmore; three sisters, Ellen Akers of Irving, Texas, Kathaleen Wilson and Virginia Whallen, both of Dallas; six grandchildren, Ron Clark, Kevin Scholl, Shawn Scholl, Kendall Roberts, Cynthia Boyd, and Beth Farmer; 12 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
