Joseph Franklin "Joe" Dixon, age 92, of Waynesboro, TN, was a retired taxi driver and member of Green River Baptist Church. He was a Veteran of the US Army and Air Force. He was a former Waynesboro City Commissioner and County Court Clerk. Survivors: Wife--Zuella Lee Andrews Dixon; (Married-August 19, 1966); Daughters--Delores McNatt (Stan); Dana Dixon (Gaylon Broome); Debra Vaughn (Johnathon); Grandchildren--Josh and Jill McNatt; Danielle Dixon; Makenzie Broome; Brandon and Kaylee Vaughn.
