Carol E. Prokop, 74 October 11, 1940 ~ March 14, 2015 Carol was a Retired Administrative Assistant with ConAgra Foods in Omaha, Nebraska. She was preceded in death by her parents, Emil and Agnes Prokop. Left with memories are a sister, Jan Flanders (Gary); nephews and nieces: Doug Hrbek (Ann), Brenda Hrbek, Stephanie Kocian (fiancé, Chris Mandel), and Jason Hrbek (Christina); uncle, William Scheinost; aunt, Mary Ann Paulis; numerous grandnephews and grandnieces, cousins, and other family members and friends. The family will receive friends Saturday, March 21st from 9-11 am, followed by Funeral, at the West Center Chapel, 7805 West Center Road, Omaha Nebraska. Inurnment, National Cemetery in Spencer, NE.
