Bio

Loyal C. McNeill, 89, of Lincoln died July 18, 2003. He was born in York on April 27, 1914, the son of Charles and Minnie McNeill. Survivors are his wife of 65 years, Eunice (Westbrook) McNeill; daughter and son-in-law, Judy and Richard Svoboda of Lincoln; son; and grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Gordon. Graveside services were held at Lincoln Memorial Park.
