Donald L. Lee October 20, 1942 ~ March 12, 2015 Donald Lee, 72, of Princeton, passed away March 12, 2015 in Plano, Texas. He was born October 20, 1942 in Waxahachie, Texas to Tonie William and Bessie Opal (Burrow) Lee, their first born of nine children. Donald was preceded in death by his parents, Tonie William and Bessie Burrow Lee of Hutchins, Texas and his sister, Paula Birdsong, also of Hutchins, Texas. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Darlyne; his daughter, Wendye Wilinsky, grand children and great-grand daughter as well as his son, Jason; his sisters, Doris Mosley, Linda Coates, Cindy Lee and Tina Lynch, brothers, Andy, Kenneth and Gary along with many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Donald was born in Waxahachie, Texas and grew up in the Wilmer-Hutchins and Lancaster area. He joined the United States Air Force when he turned 18 and then went to work for Southwest Air Motive in 1970. Throughout his career the company changed names a few times to include Aviall, Ryder and Greenich; he retired in 2005 from GE Jet Engine Services after almost 40 years as a dedicated hard worker. He will be remembered as a man who dearly loved his wife, their hound dogs and his family. He loved to spend time socializing with family and friends, enjoyed playing cards and dominos and loved to talk about old cars. Interment: March 16, 2015 at Laurel Oaks Memorial Park in Mesquite, Texas.
