Anna Louise Evans Capps Raley Louise Married Roy Elvin Capps in 1936. They had one daughter together. Betty Genice Capps was born June 5, 1937. Louise and Roy Capps later divorced. Louise married the second time to Cecil J. Raley, Jr. March 21, 1943. Louise and Cecil Raley had one son together. Robert Cecil Raley was born January 5, 1944.
