info from Tx.Death Index Marion Copley Services for Marion Reuben Copley, 75, 1005 S. Lauderdale Ave., are scheduled for 2 p.m. Thursday at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Charles Crutchfield and Vondell Drinkard officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Mr. Copley died Tuesday at Medical Center Hospital. He was born Sept. 8, 1913 in Munger. He married May Bell Foster June 8, 1944 in Coolidge. He retired as a foreman for E. L. Farmer Co. He was a World War II U. S. Army veteran. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church. Survivors include his wife; a son, Marion Copley of Odessa; a daughter, Wanda Copley Sullivan of Odessa; two brothers, Claude Edward Copley of Mexia and Homer Allen Copley of Coolidge; six sisters, Ardelle Hollingsworth, Dorothy Wheeler and Marie Hayes, all of Mexia, Irene McLendon of Douglas, Ariz., Hazel Lummus of Odessa and Vera Lummus of Sundown; and five grandchildren. The family suggests memorials to First United Methodist Church of the American Cancer Society. Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
