Bio

Louis Noel Andrews the son of Charles Lewis Andrews 1847-1922 and Rose Helsey Nurdin 1858-1902 was never married. He served in WWI and lived in NJ and NY and died in FL in the area where his father had moved and married his second wife Katie.
