Herald Coaster, July 2, 1990: Funeral services for Felix J. Buzek, 73, of Rosenberg, will be held at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 3, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Rosenberg. Father Daniel Warden will officiate. Burial will be at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Rosenberg. A rosary was recited at 7:30 p.m. July 1 at the Davis Funeral Home Chapel in Rosenberg. Mr. Buzek was born January 17, 1917 in Beasley. He died June 30 at his home in Rosenberg. He was a member of the American Legion and the Veterans of Foreign Wars. He was a World War II veteran and a truck driver for Gulf Bulk Station. Mr. Buzek was preceded in death by his son, Gary Wayne Buzek. Survivors include his wife, Henrietta Mary Cernoch Buzek of Rosenberg; step-daughter, Betty and husband, Clarence Kaack, of Needville; step-son, Edwin and wife, Marcia Cernoch, of Rosenberg; brothers, Albert Buzek of San Diego, California, Arnold Buzek of Waller; step-grandchildren, Vivian Cardenas, Camilla Aldrige, and Cathy Pustejovsky; and four great-grandchildren.
