GRIDLEY – John Nicholas Jacquot, 68, retired farmer, died Sunday at his home in Gridley. He had been in poor health for some time. Jacquot was a native of Odell, Ill., and had resided in Gridley 10 years. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. today at the Block chapel here, Dr. R.A. Moon officiating. Interment was in Gridley-Biggs cemetery. Jacquot is survived by his wife, Mrs. Margaret Jacquot; sons, Ben, James and Fred of Gridley; daughters, Mrs. Gladys Phillips and Mrs. Fohr of Colorado; and a sister, Mrs. Lizzy Leonard, of Nebraska.
