John J. Lewis, age 76, a longtime resident of Violet, Texas passed away on Monday, February 23, 2015 in Corpus Christi, Texas. He was born August 10, 1938 in Sinton, Texas to David Lewis and Sylvie R. Lewis. Mr. Lewis was a longtime farmer in the Violet and Robstown area for about 50 years. He is survived by his son, David J. Lewis of Violet, Texas; two brother, Tommy Mazza of Chuluota, Florida and Billy Mazza of Alexandria, Louisiana. Visitation will be held at Ramon Funeral Home Chapel in Robstown, Texas. Graveside Services and burial will be held at Memorial Park Cemetery in Robstown, Texas.
