Sequoyah County Times Sunday, June 30, 2002 Funeral services for Jessie Alden "J.A." BOYDSTON, 96, of Sallisaw, are being held Saturday at 11:00 a.m. at the Agent Chapel in Sallisaw, with Pastor Galen Mason officiating. Burial is in Buffington Cemetery, west of Sallisaw, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mr. BOYDSTON was born June 10, 1906 in Barber, Ark., to Jessie Randolph BOYDSTON and Mary (PHILLIPS) BOYDSTON. He died Thursday, June 27, 2002, in Fort Smith, Ark. Survivors include two brothers, Ellie and William; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews and other relatives and friends, including his nephew, Keith. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Muril BRYAN BOYDSTON; his second wife, Ethel HORN BOYDSTON; three brothers, Willie, Dollan, and Leon BOYDSTON; and one sister, Bertha BOYDSTON.
