Bio
John Kovar was the the son of Joseph Kovar and Annie Macheck. Born in Czechoslovakia in 1894, he immigrated to the United States in 1913. John married Fannie Macik September 6, 1915, in Burleson County, Texas. According to the 1930 US Federal Census, John was a widower (Fannie died in 1928) and living in Brazoria County, Texas. Children in his household at the time were: Olga (14), John (12), Joe (10), Lily (7), Clara (5) and Vlasta (3). On 25 Feb 1935. John married Albina Ripple in Fort Bend County, Texas, USA. There were no children from this union. John died in 1956 (Richmond, Texas) at the age of 62 He was buried in the Guy Cemetery.
