Bio
Jackson Douglas Lagow, a son of Jackson Scott Lagow and the former Miss Eula Grace Hurst, was born in the bounds of Lively in Kaufman County, Texas on the 7th of January 1926. During World War II, Jack Lagow as he was known, served in the U.S. Army from 21st of April 1944 until honorably discharged on May 11th 1946. Jack Lagow resumed his education at South Methodist University and on January 24th 1947, Jack married Miss Virginia Ruth Gaston, a daughter of Grady H. and Livia S. Gaston of Dallas. The service was held at Oak Cliff Presbyterian. Jack and Virginia Lagow were blessed with four known children, a son and three daughters.
