Billy W. 'Bill' Jackson WIISON — Services for Billy Wesley "Bill" Jackson, 64, Lone Grove, will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 13, 1994, at First Baptist Church in Wilson with Rev. Leo Potts officiating. Interment will be at Simon Cemetery, south of Wilson in Love County. Jackson, who died Dec. 11, 1994, in the Ardmore hospital, was born June 23, 1930, at Oswalt, to John Wesley and Vida Emma Hembree Jackson. Reared at Oswalt, he attended school there and at Meadowbrook and went to work in the oil fields following graduation. He worked in almost every capacity in the oil fields for various companies before he retired after 35 years as a driller and tool pusher. He then enjoyed his hobbies of fishing, hunting, selling produce he raised and metal detecting for his coin collection. He was preceded in death by his father, John W. Jackson in 1936 and his mother, Vida E. Hembree Jackson in June of 1992. Survivors are a very special partner in life, Sue Cantrell, Lone Grove; a son, Allen Jackson, Lone Grove; two daughters, Sheila Guy, Lone Grove, and Pam Galles, Ardmore; a sister, Katherine Morgan of Texas; a brother-in-law, Rogers Morgan of Texas; five grandchildren; and other relatives and friends. Bearers will be Tom Isaacs, W.H. "Buddy" Brown, Lawrence Forsythe, Don Guy, Merle Emerson, Rogers Morgan, J.M. Jackson and Wendel Denham.
