Dorothie "Dot" J. Sparks, 83, of Aubrey, passed away Monday, February 9, 2015 in Denton, TX. She was born January 5, 1932 in Aubrey to George and Alice (Bothwell) Jameson and married Charles Frank Sparks on December 31, 1961. Dot worked as a nail technician where she made many wonderful friends and loyal customers. She is survived by her sister, Mary and husband Smokey Krueger of Krugerville; four sisters-in-law, Bonnie Whitworth, Ann Jameson Brumley, Janie Sparks, Wanda Sparks; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Charles; son, Troy Don Sparks; brother Jackie Jameson; and sister, Doris Stem.
