Bio

When Doyle Wilson Chapman was born on August 8, 1914, in Hutchins, Dallas, Texas, his father, James Sandifer "Jim" Chapman, was 24 and his mother, Mable C Neil Chapman, was 18. He had one son with Thelma "Peggy" Spain: Doyle Wayne Chapman. After Peggy died, he then married Jean M Chapman on April 30, 1969, in Tarrant, Texas. He died on October 1, 1996, in Tyler, Smith, Texas, at the age of 82, and was buried there in the Cathedral in the Pines Cemetery Plot: Section F Garden of Prayer. He was the husband of my husband's aunt who was the sister of my mother in law, Dorothy Gladys Spain Parr.
