McKINNEY, ALICE JOYCE SUBLETT, 96, of Grapevine, Texas, passed away Monday, April 18, 2005. She was a retired legal secretary, having worked for two prominent Dallas law firms. Alice spent time in the Pacific NW where she worked for the former US District Attorney in Seattle, Washington before returning to Texas where she had lived for most of her life. She was a long-time member of First United Methodist Church of Irving, a life member of the Order of the Eastern Star, and past member of Business and Professional Women's Organization of Dallas. Preceded in death by her husband, Harold McKinney; parents, Charles and Mary Sublett; five brothers; one sister; and many friends, Alice is survived by several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, April 20, 2005 at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens, Irving, with Rev. Rusty Hedges officiating.
