Son of John Woodson "Woodie" Stone and Julia DeForest DeSha He married to Frances Gertrude Goff on Jul 24, 1924 in Pascagoula, Mississippi. After his first wife died in 1943, he married Lois Fae Miller. He was preceded in death by two children that he and Frances had together, Sons, Gregory Luce Stone Jr. and Francis Woodie Stone
