Bio

He was the son of D.G. Chapman and Mattie Orand. Foster Chapman married Vista Toon in Robertson County on December 29, 1912. He was married at his death from tuberculosis. Informant John Lewis of San Antoinio. TX DC #659 Ancestry.com item #458.
