Bio

Ruby Fay French, 76, a Cameron homemaker formerly of Waco, died Tuesday at a Cameron nursing home. Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Green Funeral Home Chapel, the Rev. James E. Lafferty officiating. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. at Waco Memorial Park. Mrs. French was born Oct. 27, 1913, in McLennan County. She married J.T. French; he died in 1980. Survivors include three sons, Lanny French of Cameron, Sammy French of Waco and John French of Ross; a brother, Walter Selby Haigood of Waco; a sister, Jewell Fortune of Waco; five grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. from Waco Tribune-Herald, 7/11/90, 14A
