MITTIE MITCHUM 1872-1916 Mittie Ann (Todd) Mitchum was born in about 1872 in Alabama to James Monroe Todd Sr. and Amanda "Mandy" (Goff) Todd. She died in or before 1916. She married James A. Mitchum. James married Lilly Todd on 18 Mar 1916 in Choctaw County, Alabama.
